Once your order ships You'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after a label is created, so hang tight if it looks quiet at first.

Checking your status

  • If you have an account, log in and head to your Orders page to see the latest status.
  • Guests can use the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

Haven't received tracking yet? Orders usually ship within our standard processing window. If it's been longer than expected and you still don't see a confirmation, check your spam folder, then reach out to us.

Tracking looks stuck or says delivered but nothing arrived? Carriers occasionally pause scans in transit, which usually resolves on its own within a day or two. If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check around your property and with neighbors, then contact us at support@usapetmarket.com so we can help.
