We work hard to keep our prices fair, and if you spot a lower price elsewhere, we want the chance to match it. Here's how our Price Match Guarantee works.
What qualifies
- The item must be identical: same brand, size, flavor, formula, and model.
- The competitor's item must be new, in stock, and sold by a U.S.-based authorized online retailer.
- The lower price must be currently active and verifiable at the time of your request.
What doesn't qualify
- Marketplace or third-party seller listings, auction sites, and membership-only pricing.
- Clearance, liquidation, bundle, flash-sale, or limited-time doorbuster pricing.
- Prices that fall below our cost, or offers where shipping and fees make the true total higher.
- Typographical or obvious pricing errors.
How to request a match Email support@usapetmarket.com with a link to the competing product and the price you found, ideally with a screenshot. If everything checks out, we'll match the price on your order. We can review requests before purchase, and within 7 days of your purchase for eligible items.
We reserve the right to verify any competing offer and to decline requests that don't meet these terms.
